Karen Synesiou - CSP CEO

Karen Synesiou is the chief operating officer of CSP, Inc. and is responsible for the overall management of the surrogacy program. She was born in England and has lived most of her life in South Africa. She attended school there and received her Bachelor's Degree in Commerce. She then returned to England and earned her law degree. In 1990, Karen chose to move to the United States and began working at the CSP as Program Administrator. She became proficient in all areas of the Center and in 1994, became a co-owner and director of CSP, Inc.

Karen's international background and her English law degree has been quite useful, as many of CSP's clients originate from countries around the world. Her 16 years of business management is beneficial in running CSP and is evident in creating and maintaining strong, successful relationships with CSP's clients from the first meeting through the birth and creation of their families. Karen has been frequently quoted in the national and international press, and has appeared on many television and news programs regarding surrogacy. She is regularly invited to speak at Resolve seminars. Karen, her husband, Larry, daughter Michelle, and twin baby boys-Logan and Lance live in Los Angeles with their two "spoilt" dogs, Tammy and Jennie. They enjoy hiking and scuba diving, but most of all they enjoy close ties with friends and family.
