Bill Handel is the Founder of the Center for Surrogate Parenting, Inc. in Encino, California, and Annapolis, Maryland, now in its 38-year history of helping intended parents. "Dr. Phil", "Frontline", "Crossfire", BBC Television and CNN. He has lectured at universities and medical conferences on several continents. Mr. Handel has also been featured in articles on this topic in the New York Times, Washington Post, Wall Street Journal and other publications. His articles have appeared in numerous medical and legal journals.Mr. Handel received his B.A. at California State University Northridge and his J.D. at Whittier College of Law. He has been an adjunct professor of Law at Whittier College School of Law where he taught "Legal Aspects of Reproduction Technology".Bill is also the morning talk show host on Los Angeles radio, KFI AM 640, where he discusses topics of general interest. On Saturday mornings he hosts a national legal show titled "Handel on the Law". On June 12th, 2009, Bill was honored by Hollywood Chamber of Commerce with a star on the legendary Walk of Fame at 6640 Hollywood Blvd. On November 2, 2017, Bill was inducted into the National Radio Hall of Fame in the Spoken Word On-Air Personality category.Bill's favorite hobby is sampling foods from around the world and spending time with his loving wife, Marjorie. He is the proud father of twin girls, Pamela and Barbara, conceived from an IVF cycle.
