Born Los Angeles, California, October 13, 1963; admitted to bar in 1988, State of California; U.S. District Court, Central, Eastern, Northern and Southern Districts of California; U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
Education: Mr. Masserman attended the University of California at San Diego(B.A., 1985) and the University of Colorado at Boulder. Mr Masserman received his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University.
Experience: Mr. Masserman is a former Deputy Public Defender for the County of Los Angeles. In addition Mr. Masserman has worked with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office and the Los Angeles Superior Court Domestic Violence Program. Mr. Masserman also was a contract attorney for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department and Sheriff Sherman Block, providing legal representation in several State and Federal Civil Rights Cases.
