Carole serves as the Surrogate Coordination Manager and has been with CSP since 1995 when she helped her first set of intended parents grow their family as a gestational carrier. After she helped a second family, she became part of the CSP team and has been helping other women fulfill their desire to help. With a background in health, nutrition and trauma support, Carole finds that supporting and guiding our surrogates comes naturally. Starting with the very first intake phone call to navigating the application and screening process, her personal and professional experience makes her one of the keys to a successful journey for each surrogate. Once matched, she will stay in close touch through all the milestones of the journey to ensure things go as smoothly as possible, as well as coordinate with all the members of the CSP team. She thoroughly enjoys getting to know the surrogates she works with and help make their journeys memorable and enjoyable, while helping women achieve their dream of helping to create a family.
Christene serves as the Senior Intended Parent Case Manager and has been with CSP for over 10 years. As a Senior Case Manager, she has seen it all and will provide Intended Parents with all the experience and information they need to navigate the intricacies of surrogacy. Christene has an M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy.
Taylor serves as an Intended Parent Case Manager and assists intended parents throughout the surrogacy journey serving as a resource for information and guidance. Prior to working at CSP, Taylor gained administrative and coordination experience working in the medical field. She worked for a doctor’s office providing support for patients preparing for major surgery, helping those in need during difficult periods in life was very fulfilling. Taylor brings this same compassion to CSP, and is delighted to help complete families.
Caitlyn serves as an Intended Parent Case Manager, and as a previous surrogate herself, Caitlyn knew she wanted to work in the field and help create families for others. Caitlyn assists Intended Parents along their journey. She feels she can offer unique advice and perspective, as a previous surrogate.
Emily serves as the Medical Records Coordinator for CSP. She assists new and returning gestational carriers to ensure they are successfully screened and medically cleared prior to beginning their surrogacy journey. Emily believes that it is of utmost importance that intended parents are matched with women who are not only healthy physically, yet that everyone is also, mentally, at the top of their game and able to remain calm and focused every step of the way.
Marjorie serves as the Medical Administrator and is the liaison between the couples, surrogates, and doctor’s offices. Marge is responsible for making sure all parties are medically screened and the results forwarded to the doctor’s offices before any procedures are done. Marjorie brings to the position an extensive medical background, having worked as a nurse in operating rooms, with occupational health, and at family practices. Marjorie received her medical training while serving in the Navy, and retired after 24 years of active duty and reserve time.
Bernice serves as the financial manager, where she reviews financial reports, monitors accounts, and ensures financial forecasts are met. She monitors the day-to-day financial operations in the trust department to ensure Intended Parents and gestational carriers have a smooth financial journey. She provides estimated costs to Intended Parents based on gestational carriers geographical location, employment, medical insurance status, and personal expenses in preparation for legal contracts. She ensures payments are distributed on time according to the surrogacy agreement by monitoring gestational carriers expense submissions. She also serves as a liaison between Intended Parents, gestational carriers, counseling team, medical facilities, insurance brokers, attorneys, and escrow companies.
Claudia serves as a Financial Coordinator now, but Claudia originally worked at CSP for 1 year from 2017 through 2018 as an assistant in the financial department and rejoined the team to help cover a leave of absence. Claudia was such an asset to the financial department that she returned to a full-time position as Financial Coordinator in the spring of 2019.
Magaly serves as a Financial Coordinator and makes sure the Intended Parents’ Trust Account is managed accordingly throughout their surrogacy journey. Some of her day-to-day activities consist of providing financial updates to escrow offices, intended parents, surrogates, counseling team, outside monitoring facilities and attorneys. Doing cost estimates, evaluations and account audits. She also reviews surrogacy agreements to make sure payments are distributed to the corresponding person/facility. Overall, her role is keeping all parties aware of each case from a financial standpoint.
Leanna serves as a Financial Coordinator at CSP. She works with both Intended Parents’s and Gestational Carriers. She makes sure the financial aspect of the journey goes as smoothly as possible. He gained his operations and compliance experience from holding positions in the diagnostic imaging, ambulatory surgery center and online merchandising sectors. Serving as the Operations Manager, he works with all of CSP’s teams to develop and implement new workflows, processes, communications and cloud-based software.
Suzanne serves as the 3rd Party Operations Manager. She assists and supports the Gestational Carrier Case Managers along with the medical team. Suzanne brings experience managing a donor and surrogacy agency with experience in all aspects of agency operations, case management, donor agency operations, surrogate recruitment, and overall agency operations.
Tevis serves as a Communications Coordinator, but Tevis was introduced to CSP when she decided to become a Surrogate. Once her journey was over, she decided she wanted to work for CSP. She is now a Communications Coordinator and helps with communications between all teams, Intended Parents, and potential and current surrogates. She guides Intended Parents through the entire Surrogacy process with ease.
